Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Sheep Match ("the App", "we", "our") is a casual tile-matching puzzle game developed for the iOS App Store. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, and your rights as a user.

We believe privacy is a fundamental right. The App is designed to work entirely offline and stores only the minimal data needed to remember your preferences between sessions.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

The App does not collect, store on remote servers, or transmit any of the following:

• Name, email address, or any other contact information
• Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, serial number, etc.)
• Location data
• Usage analytics or telemetry
• Crash reports sent to third parties
• Photos, contacts, or any other sensitive on-device data

3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App saves a small amount of data in Apple's UserDefaults (on-device storage only) to preserve your preferences between sessions:

• Background music toggle – whether background music is enabled or disabled
• Sound effects toggle – whether sound effects are enabled or disabled
• Level 2 clear count – how many times you have completed Level 2 (used for rank display)

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the App.

4. Third-Party SDKs and Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. All audio is generated programmatically on-device — no audio assets are downloaded from external servers.

The App does not make any network requests.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for general audiences, including children. Because we do not collect any personal information from any user, no special handling for users under 13 (COPPA) or under 16 (GDPR) is required.

6. Data Security

Since no personal data is transmitted or stored outside your device, the risk of a data breach is effectively zero. Your gameplay preferences are protected by iOS's standard application sandbox, which prevents other apps from accessing them.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App adds features that affect data handling (such as leaderboards or cloud saves). Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Continued use of the App after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
