GIF ToolKit ("we", "our", or "the App") is an offline iPhone application that helps you view, create, edit, convert, and manage animated GIF files. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how that information is used, and the choices you have.
GIF ToolKit is designed to work entirely on your device. It does not require an account, does not connect to our servers, and does not transmit your personal content over the internet as part of its normal operation.
We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or device identifiers for our own use.
GIF ToolKit does not include user registration, cloud sync, push notifications, or in-app purchases that would require collecting account or payment information.

You can manage or revoke photo library access at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos.
GIF ToolKit uses Apple system frameworks such as ImageIO, AVFoundation, Core Graphics, and Core Image to read, transform, and export media locally on your iPhone.
During processing, the App may create temporary files within its sandbox — for example, when converting between GIF and video formats or preparing content for export. These temporary files are used only to complete the operation you requested and are removed when no longer needed.
We do not upload your photos, videos, GIFs, or edited output to any server operated by us.
GIF ToolKit does not require an internet connection and does not intentionally send your content or personal information to external services during normal use.
If you use the iOS Share Sheet to send a file to another app, email provider, messaging service, or cloud storage provider, that sharing is initiated by you and governed by the privacy practices of the service you select.
GIF ToolKit does not maintain a user profile or remote storage account. Content you import or create remains under your control on your device.
Exported files saved to Photos, Files, or shared with other apps remain in the locations you choose until you delete them.
Temporary processing files stored in the App sandbox are not retained after processing is complete, except where needed briefly to support export or sharing actions you initiate.
GIF ToolKit is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not collect personal information, no child-specific data is gathered by us.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through the App Store or another channel, please contact us using the information below.
You remain in control of your data when using GIF ToolKit:
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional privacy rights. Because we do not collect or store personal information on our servers, many data-access and deletion requests can be fulfilled directly by you through your device settings and file management.
We rely on the security protections provided by iOS, including app sandboxing and system permission controls. Since your content is processed locally and is not transmitted to our servers, the primary security measure is keeping your device secure and managing app permissions carefully.
GIF ToolKit processes data locally on your device. No personal content is transferred to us for storage or processing on remote servers as part of the App's core functionality.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, or platform policies. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page.
Your continued use of GIF ToolKit after an updated policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
